Move Out Procedures

Though we hate to see you go, we understand you may outgrow a space or need to relocate. Here’s your step-by-step guide on how to do so! 

For starters, in order to receive an approved move out date, you must submit a full month’s notice. Secondly, we need you to come by our office to fill out a TAA notice to vacate document. This document involves writing down your information (name, property, date of vacate, etc.) but the process doesn’t end here! Your next step is going over the official move out procedure's packets with one of our inspectors if available. Pease note, this packet is given to you for informative purposes.

Additionally, the move out procedures packet must be turned back in on the move out date with any mailbox keys, house keys (including copies), as well as all of the required physical cleaning receipts.
